Service Department has really gone down hill. Scheduled a Snowblower Service a week ago. They took the money out of my account immediately. As of today still had not scheduled pickup. Just kept making excuses about "Influx" and "Backed Up" repeatedly calmly tried to explain that they shouldn't have billed me until Pickup was set and done. We used Carr Hardware for renting wedding chairs. Tyler was accommodating and very attentive. He even called me a few days before the wedding to ensure every detail was exact. And great pricing compared to other businesses too!

I came in here looking for a screw for my RV door. The service I received was far beyond my expectations. Gary not only walked me downstairs and took all the time needed to find me one little $0.69 screw, but because it was a specialty screw I needed and this one was a little long, he actually grinded and polished it down to fit my RV door!
